Union Meeting Invitation Survey

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and restrictions on group gatherings of more than 100 people, we will be conducting monthly Union Meetings through the online video conference platform ZOOM. You may choose to attend the meeting by video via ZOOM application or calling in and listening on your phone. The form must be filled out regardless of how you plan on attending even if you believe your information is on file already.

Conducting Monthly Union Meeting Via ZOOM

Union Meetings will resume on September 2, 2020 at 5:00 PM.

Meetings will be conducted as an online Video Conference via the ZOOM Application.

You can attend the meeting through ZOOM and watch on your computer, tablet, and cell phone. 

You may also choose to call on your cell phone and listen to the meeting.

In order to receive the invitation to all future meetings on ZOOM you must fill out the form at the top of our website and include either an active email address or cell phone number to receive a text message. You will be able to choose which way the invitation is delivered.

Has Your Unemployment Benefits Run Out? You Are Eligible For An Extension.

The link for our members who have exhausted their unemployment benefits to apply for the extended 13 weeks of benefits.  The members will need to link onto this website – Pandemic Unemployment Assistance – and fill out the application.

Make Sure to Sign Up for Unemployment Benefits

During this pandemic the country faces, many will be out of work. Thousands of Laborers in Massachusetts have already been laid off this week. If you are laid off you should call the union hall (781) 321-6616 and let us know. Leave a message with your name, jobsite and contractor you were working for. Even if you were told the contractor would bring you back in a couple weeks it is imperative that our members sign up for unemployment benefits immediately. Govenor Charlie Baker has waived the one week wait time to collect. The unemployment office will be facing a high volume of applications. We encourage you to sign up online using the link below.

If and when your employer calls you back for work we kindly ask that you once again call and let us know you are returning to work.
