Has Your Unemployment Benefits Run Out? You Are Eligible For An Extension.


Above is the link for our members who have exhausted their unemployment benefits to apply for the extended 13 weeks of benefits. The members will use the link to access the website - Pandemic Unemployement Assistance - and fill out the application.

Members need to do this even if they have an open claim with DUA. They will get 13 weeks of extended benefits plus the additional $600 Cares Act funding retroactive to March 28, 2020.

Here is what you will need to apply for Pandemic Unemployment Assitance Benefits:

  • Social security number, date of birth, drivers license or state ID, and if you are not a US citizen, your USCIS Issued Identification number.
  • Home address and your mailing address, if different than your home address.
  • Cell phone to receive SMS updates and phone calls or home phone number.
  • E-Mail address for electronic communication and account access.
  • 2019 wage records including your W2's, 1099, Pay Stubs or Bank Statements.
  • Bank account and routing numbers if you want to use direct deposits for benefits payments.
